Citric acid and lemon.
Lemon is a precious ally as it contains citric acid. In addition to this, lemon is perfect for giving a delicate scent to the washing machine. At the same time it is essential to disinfect it properly. We can use this citrus fruit by filtering its juice in a glass. Then you only have to put it in the washing machine and then start a vacuum wash.
If we prefer to use a citric acid packet, we can pour 150 grams of citric acid into a litre of water in the basket. Then you just need to start a vacuum wash at the temperature suggested on the packet.

In addition to citric acid and lemon, a secret ingredient to use is salt. In fact, if we have a medium-sized washing machine, we can put in two glasses of coarse salt. Afterwards, simply dissolve the salt during a high temperature vacuum wash. This way the washing machine will be clean and disinfected.
Baking soda
All that remains is to understand how to use baking soda. In this case it is not necessary to act during a vacuum wash. In fact, we can start a high-temperature wash after inserting a measuring spoon of bicarbonate into the drum.
