Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chopped cucumber cubes
- Cut 1 avocado into cubes
- Some cream cheese or feta cheese
- 2 slices red onion, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- A little sea salt and black pepper add flavor
Preparation
- In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar as well as some sea salt and black pepper and mix everything together with a spoon.
