Plants that can be placed in water vases to beautify the home

Who doesn’t like having plants at home? Not only do they purify the air and relax the environment, but they are also aesthetically beautiful and add a touch of colour and freshness to our homes.

If you don’t have a garden, balcony or terrace, there are plants that can be placed in glass vases filled with water.

This technique, known as hydroponics, replaces the soil and its nutrients with water. To use it, you must follow the following steps after selecting the indicated plants.

Remove the plant from the pot, taking care not to damage the roots.
Place the plant in a container with tempered water overnight.
Rinse the roots with plenty of water to completely remove the soil.
Put some clay in the glass vase, then the plant, the water and finally a liquid fertiliser so that the roots can absorb all the nutrients.
Below we list some plants that are suitable for this type of cultivation.
