Here is the recipe for light milk rolls, delicious light rolls, as soft as can be, easy and simple to prepare and perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 450g flour
- 1 packet of baker’s yeast
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 30g soft butter, reduced to 40%
- 280 ml skimmed milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Place the flour in a salad bowl, form a well and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything and then knead for 10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 2 hours.
- Knead the dough for a few more minutes and then divide it into 12 equal balls.
- Shape your loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush your bread with milk and then let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Bake for 20 minutes, monitoring the cooking process.
