WW Light milk rolls

Here is the recipe for light milk rolls, delicious light rolls, as soft as can be, easy and simple to prepare and perfect for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 450g flour
  • 1 packet of baker’s yeast
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 30g soft butter, reduced to 40%
  • 280 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Place the flour in a salad bowl, form a well and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything and then knead for 10 minutes.
  2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 2 hours.
  3. Knead the dough for a few more minutes and then divide it into 12 equal balls.
  4. Shape your loaves and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush your bread with milk and then let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 180°C.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, monitoring the cooking process.
