  • 2 onions
  • 2 or 3 beets
  • Vinegar

However, it should be noted that discoloration of urine or stool occurs a few hours after consumption of beets. This phenomenon is completely normal and does not pose a health risk, since the coloring matter in the beetroot is absorbed by the intestines and not broken down.
